2. Estimates, Quotes, and Changes

• Hidden damage, code issues, material changes, or client-requested modifications may result in additional charges.

• Any material change will be communicated prior to continuation of work.

3. Payments and Fees

• Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Failure to remit payment may result in service suspension, late fees, collection actions, and recovery of reasonable attorney’s fees and costs to the fullest extent permitted by Mississippi law.

• Returned or failed payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations, Delays, and Access

• Clients must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Failure to provide access to the worksite may result in additional charges.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, material availability, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibilities and Disclosures

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and requested services

• Disclose known hazards, structural defects, utilities, asbestos, mold, pests, or unsafe conditions

• Ensure a safe working environment

Failure to disclose material conditions releases Seven C’s LLC from liability related to such conditions.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

• Services are performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

• No warranty is provided on materials supplied by third parties.

• Except where prohibited by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Mississippi law:

• Seven C’s LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.

• Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or latent defects.
