We find an appropriate venue for your screening or exhibition and for your pre- or post-reception/party. We secure it; we hire the guest services personnel who manage the sign-in desk, take care of VIP lists, press, tickets, wrist bands, red or green carpet, and all other guest services questions. We hire a caterer, arange for design and/or décor, bar and wait staff, secure liquor licenses, insurance, fire marshal requirements, hire security staff and valet parking. We hire the DJ or band, organize gift bags, a Publicist and can even handle your mailing list and supplement it with ours. If a photographer and videographer is needed, we hire them, as well.
